An order is not 100% binding when placed on our webshop. This is because we reserve the right to cancel an order if there are problems with delivery from the factory, corona difficulties, errors in the technique on the webshop, or the like.

All our lashes are handmade and none are made by machine - therefore production errors can occur, in the form of differences in the hairs, composition of the bouquets on the ribbon, etc. Check your item thoroughly through the window on the package BEFORE you remove the plastic seal - is there an error you do not think should be there, please contact us as soon as possible email@example.com and remember to attach pictures of the bug.
At KEKE Lashes you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Paypal or MobilePay. We do not add our own fees to payments by debit card. The money is only deducted when your order is shipped, until then the amount is reserved in your account.
We ship with PostNord, and our shipping prices are 39, - for parcel shop delivery, and 49, - for delivery to home address. If your order is placed before 13:00 on a normal weekday (not weekend / public holiday) it will be sent the same afternoon. We have a success rate of 84% in relation to delivery the next day - if you choose delivery to the parcel shop, we also deliver on Saturday and Sunday, if your parcel shop's opening hours allow this. When you place an order on our webshop, an order confirmation will be sent, and you will then receive an email that we have sent your order. Remember to check your spam or unwanted folder - here emails from us can unfortunately end up well, especially if you use hotmail.
Right of withdrawal:
You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal of your purchase if you have not broken the packaging. For hygienic reasons, we cannot return products that have been tried or opened. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you received your item. You are obliged to notify us at KEKE Lashes of your cancellation within 14 days of receiving your item. You send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org where you make it clear that you have regretted your purchase, state your order number and exactly which item (s) are in question from the purchase, as well as whether you want an exchange or money back. If you want an exchange, you do not pay for re-shipping for the new item.
The cost of return is borne by the buyer himself. Costs for new item in exchange are borne by us. You must send your item back before the cancellation period expires (14 days from when you receive your item) and your returned item may NOT be sent to the parcel shop, or by COD. You are responsible for your item reaching us in the same condition as you received it.
